The HomeSooth trust model

We don’t estimate. We cite.

Every property portal invents a private number and asks you to trust it. HomeSooth does the opposite: we aggregate the county’s own public record and show you exactly where each figure comes from.

Methodology

From county CSV to verified home.

The HomeSooth Phase 1 AI data crawler turns fragmented government exports into one clean, trustworthy record.

The pipeline

  1. Ingest — stream the county auditor’s public data export (15 tables, ~1 GB for Warren County).
  2. Join — link parcels → structures → valuations → recorded sales on the county’s own keys.
  3. Verify — keep only fields with a traceable source; drop anything modeled or ambiguous.
  4. Derive — compute only arithmetic facts (price/sqft, appreciation vs. last sale) — never predictions.
  5. Publish — sync to Cloudflare + cache on-device (IndexedDB) so every app is instant and offline-ready.

Scale plan

Warren County is live today. The crawler is county-agnostic — the same ingest/join/verify pipeline extends to all 3,000+ U.S. counties that publish public exports, on the identical trust model.
